Nordmann Fir is the most popular tree in the UK. They boast one of the best needle retention qualities of any Christmas tree making it the number one choice.
The short, dark green needles are soft and flattened on the twig, with a waxy cuticle that gives the tree its shiny appearance and helps prevent drying.
It's evenly spread strong branches are perfect for holding large or heavy ornaments and it's soft needles make it easy for the children to decorate.

As this is a natural product, each tree is individual and may show some variations in shape and height. It will have a fresh piney smell once in your home.

Christmas Trees are only available in Kent delivery area, NOT Hertfordshire!

You can trim/cut the tree if you need to, it will not harm it at all!
We recommend that you have a tree stand that can hold water and keep it topped up as this will help needle retention.
You will receive delivery update notifications along the way, via email. The tree will be delivered the week that you select. We can leave the tree safely on your premises if you're not in at the time.
The tree is measured from the bottom of the butt to half way up the leader (see photo).
Trees CAN NOT be taken out of the net to view them on delivery.
Do not place the tree next to a heat source as this will speed up the drying out of the tree.

Your firewood will be delivered in full, within 3 working days from when you place your order online.
Free delivery on all orders - Minimum spend £40.
We do NOT offer a collection service!
Our delivery area is a 15 mile radius from our yard in Ide Hill, Kent.

You can email us with details of the problem, and we will arrange for the product to be returned. This allows us to trace the batch it came from and thoroughly investigate any quality control issues.
Returning Items
Due to the size and weight of our products, if a product we supplied is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange for its collection at no cost to you. This may involve replacing, refunding, or exchanging the item.
If you wish to return a product that was correctly supplied but did not meet your expectations, please be aware that, we will need to arrange for its collection, and we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return.
Refund Payments
Once we have collected a returned product, we will process any appropriate refunds using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
