Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all orders (minimum spend £30) within a 15-mile radius of our yard in Ide Hill, Kent. All firewood is delivered within 4 working days (Monday to Friday) under normal conditions. During very busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer, and we may also deliver on Saturday mornings to keep on top of orders.

Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

During peak periods, we may also deliver on Saturday mornings.

We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery days or times.

To ensure efficient routes, we carefully group deliveries by area to maximise the number of drops per day and avoid unnecessary driving back and forth.

You will always receive:

• An email the day before delivery with a 1-hour time slot

• A tracking email on the day so you can follow our progress to your door

If you do not receive these, please check your junk folder and save our email address to ensure future messages arrive correctly.

Choosing the Right Product for Your Property

Bulk bags offer great value but require suitable access for safe unloading.

If you live on a narrow street or have no driveway, Bulk bags can only be delivered if:

• You have placed cones out, and

• Left a large enough space for our van to park and unload safely

If this isn’t possible, please order nets instead of bulk bags, as they can be manually carried and placed in your front garden without needing driveway access.

Please note:

• Bulk bags are removed using a tail lift, not a crane

• They are usually too wide for most side gates

• They cannot be moved on gravel

• Each bulk bag weighs around 200kg, so they cannot be dragged, lifted, or taken up/down steps or stairs

How We Deliver

Your firewood will be delivered on our long-wheelbase van.

We will always aim to offload your order as close as access allows to your preferred location.

If you are not at home we will still deliver, and if rain is forecast, your logs will be covered.

Access Instructions

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please:

• Leave any gates unlocked/open on the day, or

• Send gate codes via WhatsApp or text

• Provide any additional access or placement instructions when ordering

Clear access helps us complete the maximum number of deliveries each day, especially during busy times.

Bag Returns

If you have any old bags, please leave them out for the driver to collect.

Usable bags are refilled, and damaged ones are repurposed as rain covers, helping us reduce waste.
