Our firewood is professionally processed and kiln-dried by carefully selected producers. Many of these producers use waste wood from processing, including bark, offcuts and sawdust, as biomass fuel for their kilns, helping reduce waste throughout production.

Our kindling, firelighters and accessories are sourced from trusted suppliers selected for their quality, reliability and suitability for our customers.

We group local deliveries by area to reduce unnecessary journeys and reuse or repurpose bulk bags wherever possible. For every online order, we also plant a tree through our partnership with Ecologi, supporting reforestation and environmental projects in the UK and around the world.
