Delivery - Hertford Area

After 12+ successful years of delivering top-quality kiln-dried logs to Sevenoaks and the West Kent area, we are excited to announce the opening of our second depot, now covering Hertford and surrounding areas..

  • Delivery Information

    We offer free delivery on all orders (minimum spend £30) within approx 10-mile radius of our depot in Brickendon, Hertford. Your firewood will be delivered in full within 7 business days (Monday to Friday) from when you place your order online.

    Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, and we are unable to take requests for specific delivery days or times. Please see the map and postcode list below for our full delivery area.

    You will receive an email — normally the day before delivery — giving you a 1-hour time slot. On the day itself, you’ll also receive a tracking email so you can follow the driver’s progress right to your door. Please ensure you enter the correct email address when ordering and check your junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation or tracking emails.

    Please choose the right product for your property. If you do not have a driveway or easy access, bulk bags may not be suitable unless you are home to move them promptly from the pavement — in which case, consider ordering nets instead.

    We do not offer a collection service.


    How We Deliver

    Your firewood will be delivered on our medium wheelbase van (pictured above). We will always endeavour to offload the firewood as close as access allows to where you would like it placed.

    • Bulk Bags are removed from the van using a crane.

    • Bulk bags are normally too wide to fit through most side gates.

    • Each bulk bag weighs around 200kg, so they cannot be moved or dragged once craned from the van.


    Delivery Day

    We will deliver while you’re not at home, and if rain is forecast, your logs will be covered. If you have any special instructions — for example, where to leave the logs, or gate codes for entry — please add to order notes when ordering or send us a WhatsApp or text, and we’ll update the order notes for the driver.

    If you have any old bags, please return them — good ones can be refilled, and those with holes make great rain covers, helping us cut down on waste. Once you’ve received your delivery time slot, please leave your empty bags out so the driver can collect them without needing to disturb you.
