Our premium Birch logs are meticulously dried to an ultra-low moisture content of under 20%, ensuring they light effortlessly, burn fiercely, and fill your space with a delightful, fresh scent.
The bark that naturally comes loose during the drying process is kept in the nets. This makes the perfect natural kindling to use alongside our firelighters, saving you money as there’s less to order separately.
Each 30L net contains 8-10 high-quality logs, with lengths not exceeding 25cm (10 inches), making them ideal for immediate use in all burning appliances & fireplaces.
Not only are these logs perfect for those with limited storage space, but they also come in 100% recyclable polythene nets, aligning with your eco-friendly lifestyle. Plus, for every order, we plant a tree, allowing you to enjoy your cozy fireside while giving back to the environment.

We offer free delivery on orders over £30 within 15 miles of our yard (see Delivery page for map & postcodes). Orders are delivered within 4 working days (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm).
You’ll get a 1-hour time slot by email (usually the day before), plus live tracking on the day. Make sure your email is correct and check junk if you don’t receive updates.
Bulk bags are delivered by tail-lift and can only be moved on very flat, solid surfaces.
We’re unable to take requests for specific delivery days or times, as we group orders together for efficiency.
We do not offer a collection service.

Returns Policy
If you have any concerns or issues with your logs, please reach out to our team and let us know the nature of your concern. You can email us with details of the problem, and we will arrange for the product to be returned. This allows us to trace the batch it came from and thoroughly investigate any quality control issues.
Returning Items
Due to the size and weight of our products, if a product we supplied is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange for its collection at no cost to you. This may involve replacing, refunding, or exchanging the item.
If you wish to return a product that was correctly supplied but did not meet your expectations, please be aware that, we will need to arrange for its collection, and we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return.
Refund Payments
Once we have collected a returned product, we will process any appropriate refunds using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
