Our kiln-dried birch logs are a personal favourite, and for good reason. Responsibly sourced and certified Ready to Burn, they’re kiln-dried to under 20% moisture content, making them incredibly easy to light and beautifully efficient to burn.
Birch produces a bright, lively flame with a clean burn and a mild, pleasant aroma. It’s an excellent choice for new wood burner owners or occasional burners who want an effortless fire without the hassle, while still being a popular option for regular users who value consistency and cleanliness.
During the drying process, some of the birch bark naturally comes loose. We leave this bark in the bulk bag, giving you a supply of natural kindling ready to use alongside your firelighters – saving you time and money on every fire.
For the ultimate setup, many customers pair birch with our oak-only bulk bag or log nets. Start your fire easily with birch’s vibrant flame, then add oak to enjoy a long, steady burn that keeps you warm well into the evening.
Delivered in a well-filled, reusable bulk bag, this is a simple, reliable choice for anyone who wants fires that light easily, burn cleanly, and look fantastic.

Delivery Information
Delivery Information
We now deliver from two sites — our original Sevenoaks depot and our new Hertford depot.
Delivery is free on orders over £30 within 15 miles of either depot (see delivery pages for specific map & postcodes).
Lead times:
• Sevenoaks: delivered within 6 working days
• Hertford: delivered within 6 working days
You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery window by email (usually the day before), along with live tracking on the day. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your junk folder if you don’t see an update.
Delivery method:
• Sevenoaks deliveries are made using a tail-lift with bulk bag movement limited once on the ground.
• Hertford deliveries are made using our crane vehicle, offering a little more flexibility in bulk bag placement.
We’re unable to accept requests for specific days or times, as deliveries are grouped for efficiency. Collection is not available.

Returns Policy
If you have any concerns or issues with your logs, please reach out to our team and let us know the nature of your concern. You can email us with details of the problem, and we will arrange for the product to be returned. This allows us to trace the batch it came from and thoroughly investigate any quality control issues.
Returning Items
Due to the size and weight of our products, if a product we supplied is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange for its collection at no cost to you. This may involve replacing, refunding, or exchanging the item.
If you wish to return a product that was correctly supplied but did not meet your expectations, please be aware that, we will need to arrange for its collection, and we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return.
Refund Payments
Once we have collected a returned product, we will process any appropriate refunds using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
